Extraordinary times call for extraordinary measures. Please be assured that we are taking special precautions, and are working hard to ensure the wellbeing of our Deckle team and the wider community of Deckle customers.
We are trading our usual hours at both our Salt River and Knysna branches. If you are thinking of paying us a visit, here’s what you need to know:
- We have informed our team members of global best practices in terms of hygiene. We are all washing our hands constantly and thoroughly.
- We have put systems in place for sanitising frequently-touched surfaces on an ongoing basis (including basket and trolley handles, credit card machines).
- Our team members are keeping a safe personal distance when helping customers.
- We are all wearing masks and we require that customers wear masks when in the store. If customers don’t have their own masks, we do have some for sale.
We offer several shipping methods e.g. courier delivery, to get your goods to you safely and conveniently. We’ve been assured by our courier partners that they are also taking extreme precautions.
Our online shop currently offers only a selection of the vast range of products we offer in store. However, if you need an item that isn’t on the online shop, you can simply ask us to add it for you, or else you can order via email using email@example.com.
