We deliver nationwide within South Africa.
If you would like delivery outside of South Africa, we would not be able to assist with shipping arrangements and documentation, but we would be happy to package your order for collection by your own courier or shipping company.
Most orders of R750 and up qualify for free shipping via courier. Orders of R150 and up in the Cape Town CBD and surrounds can be delivered for free the following Thursday. You may also collect your order from our Salt River branch free of charge.
For orders below R750, the courier fee is R105. In some exceptional cases when a very large item is ordered, R250 courier fee applies. For more detailed information, visit our Shipping page.
Please note that Pargo shipping is not available for online orders at the moment, due to technical issues.

Yes, we do offer Loyalty rewards. You will earn R1 back for R30 spent. Loyalty is earned on almost everything in our range. At the moment, Loyalty is earned on in-store shopping only. Online shopping uses an entirely different software system, and the two systems are not yet built to be linked. We have communicated with the developers of the systems in question and asked that they look at this for the future.
For now, you can use any Loyalty you’ve already earned towards online purchases. Just request this before shopping online and we will send you a coupon code.
To claim your online discount, enter the coupon code in the box in the top left of the Checkout page, and then click Apply Coupon.
Our Salt River branch has a massive range of products, and not all of these are available online yet. If there is something you need but can’t find online, simply email firstname.lastname@example.org – if we stock the product we can add it to the online store for you.
Yes, we would be happy to send you an invoice for payment via EFT (or SnapScan), which can include shipping if you require that. Please note that your order will be available as soon as the payment reflects on our side. We are unfortunately unable to make orders available before payment has reflected. EFT payments generally reflect in 2-3 days, if you need your order more urgently SnapScan is a great option as it will reflect instantly.

Yes, we hire out easels for display purposes by prior arrangement. The easel model we offer for this service can be viewed here. You would purchase the easel and when you return it we would refund you, deducting a percentage of the price according to how long you had it. Payment must be done by credit card, and refunds would go back to the same card.
Our rental rates are:
48 hours: 20%
48 hours to 7 days: 25%
8 to 14 days: 33%
Above 14 days: Negotiable
