Our customers and subscribers share various kinds of information with us, and we have measures in place to maintain the safety of that information. We don’t share your information with third parties, except for trusted partners who assist us in operating our website, conducting business, or servicing you (so long as they agree to keep your information safe and confidential). For example, we would need to share your address with our courier partner for them to deliver your order.
Online Shop Orders
You are welcome to visit and browse our website without needing to enter any information. When ordering on our online shop though, you will be asked to enter your name, contact details, shipping address and so on. The information you give us in your online order is only accessed by authorised team members to process your order (or communicate with you about your order). Our website is housed very securely off-site by a specialist service provider. Your payment details such as credit card information are not stored on any of our systems. Payment details are also housed securely off-site by another specialist service provider. Access to the payment system is highly restricted and secure, and even Deckle Edge team members authorised to access the system cannot see your full card details.
We send email newsletters from time to time, to subscribers who have opted in to receive them. If there is ever any error or omission causing you to receive a newsletter you didn’t want, you will find a link at the bottom of the email allowing you to unsubscribe quickly and easily.
In-store Loyalty Program
If you choose to sign up for our optional in-store Loyalty program, you will be asked for your name and cell phone number. This is so we can create a profile where your Loyalty credits will accumulate. Only authorised team members can access the system where this information is stored. This system stores information securely off-site and is administered by a specialist service provider.
