Winsor & Newton Griffin Alkyd Naples Yellow Hue 37ml Series 1
Traditional oils, wonderful as they are, take a very long time to dry. Winsor & Newton Griffin Alkyds dry much more quickly and this means Impasto and Glazing techniques can be done in a single session. Griffins are a bit more fluid in consistency than traditional oils and they dry with a somewhat more reflective surface, too.
Naples Yellow Hue is an opaque warm yellow colour. A combination of pigments, it closely resembles Naples Yellow, whose name comes from its natural deposits in Mount Vesuvius, Naples.
