Winsor & Newton Griffin Alkyd Magenta 37ml Series 1
Traditional oils, wonderful as they are, take a very long time to dry. Winsor & Newton Griffin Alkyds dry much more quickly and this means Impasto and Glazing techniques can be done in a single session. Griffins are a bit more fluid in consistency than traditional oils and they dry with a somewhat more reflective surface, too.
Magenta is a transparent, rich deep violet red. The name Magenta comes from a lake colour named in 1859 after the battle in Magenta, Italy.
