Winsor & Newton Griffin Alkyd Raw Umber 37ml Series 1
Traditional oils, wonderful as they are, take a very long time to dry. Winsor & Newton Griffin Alkyds dry much more quickly and this means Impasto and Glazing techniques can be done in a single session. Griffins are a bit more fluid in consistency than traditional oils and they dry with a somewhat more reflective surface, too.
Raw Umber is a rich brown pigment made from the natural brown clays found in earth. It was named after Umbria, a region in Italy where it was mined.
