About the facilitatior:

Henriëtte van Staden is a South African wildlife and bird artist based in the Lowveld, where the natural beauty of her surroundings—and spontaneous visits to the Kruger Park—constantly fuel her creativity. Working mainly in pastel and coloured pencil, she loves the tactile quality of these mediums and the control they give her to explore fine detail. A former professional wedding photographer, Henriëtte now captures her own reference images, using her camera to study and connect with the wildlife she portrays. Birds, in particular, have captured her heart. Her work reflects a deep appreciation for nature’s small wonders, inviting viewers to slow down and notice the often-overlooked magic in the natural world.

If you need to cancel your workshop booking, please let us know by 11 a.m the weekday before the workshop. To help us support the facilitator, late cancellations will not be refunded. A credit for future events could be granted at our discretion.
