This flogger brush from Da Vinci features a wide flat brush head, made from pure strong and elastic wild boar bristles, that is attached to a plainwood handle with a rust-proof steel ferrule. Ideal imitating wood veneers, for marbling and graining.

This extra long bristle brush is made of pure, strong and elastic wild boar bristles set in a rust-proof steel ferrule.

Used to render small, fine undergraining found in some woods. The Flogger is held parallel to the working surface and quickly tapped or slapped along the wet painted surface. Floggers can also be used to produce spattering or unique, wavy strokes.
