Deckle Autumn Paper Making Workshop (2 May ’26)

This autumn-themed workshop focuses on fusing nature and art through botanical papermaking. The session will begin with a demonstration on how to press leaves and botanicals, including examples of previously pressed botanical specimens. Participants will be encouraged to ask questions during this time and will leave with practical tips and knowledge on how to press leaves and botanicals at home.
Following the demonstration, attendees will learn how to create paper pulp using paper offcuts found at home, as well as work with pre-made pulp provided during the workshop. Participants will be guided through the process of forming hand-made paper with natural deckle edges, exploring what affects paper thickness and colour.
