Learn some fun and easy texture-making techniques in this beginner’s watercolour workshop!
In this class, you will work with professional-grade paints to explore the wonderful medium of watercolour. Attendees will be guided through a range of basic, fun texture creation techniques, and afterwards will apply what they’ve learnt in a relaxed painting session.

- Time: 9:30 – 12:00
- Place: The Deckle Edge @ 13 Brickfield Road, Salt River
- Workshops are capped at 10 people
Should you wish to take your watercolour journey further, supplies that were used in the class will be available to purchase at a special attendee-only discount from The Deckle Edge.
All Covid protocols will be strictly adhered to and we suggest wearing clothes that can get paint on them, or an apron.
About the facilitator:
Danelle Malan is a watercolourist and freelance creative practitioner from Cape Town. She holds a BAFA from the Michaelis School of Fine Art (2010), having majored in painting.
