SOLD OUT: Leather Craft Workshop with HopeTown (Sat 30 November 2024)
Join us for a fulfilling morning of leather craft led by HopeTown, where you’ll have the opportunity to create a personalised key ring (to train on stiching) and then make a larger leather piece of your choice—whether it’s a card holder wallet, a sunglass case, an A6 notebook or a pencil case . Not only will you enjoy the hands-on experience of crafting something special for yourself or a loved one, but by attending, you’ll also support HopeTown’s meaningful cause. Personalise your final product with your name or a thoughtful message, making it a truly unique and heartfelt gift.

Time: 9.00 – 12.30pm (3.5 hours)

All materials for the day are included in the price:
- Leather to make your product (Veg Tanned leather & Urban Range leather)
- Wax thread
- All tools are supplied to work on your product.

Recommended age: All welcome from 14 years and up.
What you will learn:
- Gain knowledge of essential leather tools
- Learn how to cut and work with leather
- Master different stitching techniques for leather crafting
- Understand how to apply and use a pattern on leather
- Perfect the art of finishing your leather product with professional touches
About the facilitators:
Qualified HopeTown Skills Trainers, along with their talented trainees from the leather skills programme, will be guiding this workshop.
