You’ll get your voucher via email within 6 working hours. Working hours for our online team: 9-4 Mondays to Thursdays, and 9-1 on Fridays (excluding public holidays). PLEASE NOTE we will be closing at 1pm on 24 and 31 December 2024. If you haven’t received your voucher, please check your email Spam folder.
Handy to know:
- There’s a space on the Checkout page to tell us if you want us to add a message. If you want the voucher sent directly to the recipient and not to you, please tell us their email address in that same space.
